How subscribers consent to receive text messages from Evergreen Techworks
EGTW Alerts is the SMS notification program operated by Evergreen Techworks. It sends transactional, operational alerts — new contact form submissions, quote requests, urgent callbacks, and site status alerts — to business owners who host their website with us. It is never used for marketing or promotional messages.
Below is the opt-in form our clients complete. Enrolling is entirely optional and never required to use our hosting or software services. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default — a subscriber must actively check it, and the subscribe button stays disabled until they do.
Clients opt in from one of two places, both tied to their account:
Every opt-in is logged with a timestamp, the subscriber's IP address, and the exact consent text they agreed to, so consent is verifiable after the fact.
