White-label Website Product
Every pool company needs the same website, and most have none worth keeping. Instead of pitching decks, we built the finished product under a placeholder brand and let the site make its own sale.

The Product
Every pool company needs the same website, and most have none worth keeping. Instead of pitching decks, we built the finished product under a placeholder brand and let the site make its own sale.
Under the Hood
An underwater-themed pool-service site, complete with before-and-after hero, services and pricing, gallery, estimate pipeline, and a staff app with phone-code login and a cookieless traffic dashboard. The twist is the /own-this-site page: the demo pitches itself to pool-company owners at $50 a month hosted or $3800 one-time for the source. Leads from the estimate form arrive tagged so a buyer inquiry is unmistakable.
Deep Dive
## What we built A productized website: a complete pool-service site under a placeholder brand with an owner pitch page baked in. Buy it, we re-skin it, you are live. ## Tech Next.js 15 with React 19 and Tailwind, Capacitor-ready staff shell, a file-backed data layer (no database to operate), nginx and systemd on shared infrastructure. ## Results The template proved itself before finding a buyer: it became the base for a real contractor site that went from import to production in 4 days. ## What is next More verticals get the same treatment; the productized-site pipeline is now part of how we sell.
The Outcome
A finished white-label site that is its own sales page
