How It Works

Scrapers collect county legal notices and enrich each property with data from natively built property-site scrapers that replaced a paid third-party API. The frontend puts results on a map with price-bubble pins, filters, favorites, custom lists, and lead tools. Monetization is per-county subscriptions: Stripe products are generated per county and tier with server-side price resolution, and a single checkout can cover multiple counties.

About the Project

## What we built A subscription data product for real estate investors: automated county notice collection, property enrichment, a map-first search experience, and county-based Stripe billing. ## Tech FastAPI with SQLAlchemy and MySQL plus Stripe on the backend, Vue 3 with Leaflet and Chart.js on the frontend, a separate scraper orchestration service, an S3 image service, and EC2 with RDS behind GitHub Actions CI. ## Results 17 backend models, per-county productized billing, native property scrapers that removed a recurring API bill, and 7 months of continuous development across 897 commits. ## What is next More counties, and behavior-driven lead scoring from the user analytics tables already in place.
